Similar to individual sessions, they involve working one-on-one to enhance mental skills and overall well-being, specific to the client's concerns or needs. These sessions focus specifically on behavioral changes, including but not limited to improving physical activity, stress management, and sleep habits. Each client receives a free 20-minute consultation before starting sessions. The first session will include an intake assessment and discussion about what the client wishes to focus on for mental performance. The consultant will then create a plan to grow and enhance the client's mental skill(s).
