Health Behavior Change Sessions

Similar to individual sessions, they involve one-on-one work to enhance mental skills and overall well-being, tailored to your unique needs and concerns. The sessions focus specifically on behavioral changes, including but not limited to improving physical activity, stress management, and sleep habits. Together, you and I create a plan, develop awareness, and apply mental performance skills tailored to your performance environment. 


A typical session may include discussions about current challenges, learning mental performance skills, and exploring how those skills can be applied in real performance settings. Each session is typically an hour in length. 


How to Get Started

  • Schedule a free 20-minute consultation
    • You and I will discuss areas of interest and explore whether mental performance consulting is for you
  • Schedule the first session
    • All required paperwork is completed at least 72 hours before the first session
  • Session 1
    • We spend time getting to know one another and gathering information about your mental performance. I want to learn about you as a person, both within and beyond your performance environment
  • Session 2+
    • In ongoing sessions, we continue to explore mental performance and incorporate mental performance skills and strategies to support performance improvement 
    • Skills and strategies can be adjusted over time to fit you best
    • Improving mental performance takes practice and consistent effort from you (similar to any training or practice already done in the performance environment)

  • A client looking to strengthen their commitment to regular physical activity
  • A client seeking to rediscover enjoyment in exercise and movement
  • A client aiming to improve their time management and daily routines

1 Session: $60

Session Packages

4 Sessions: $230 ($240 Value)

     *All sessions must be utilized within three months of the purchase date


6 Sessions: $345 ($360 Value) 

    *All sessions must be utilized within four months of the purchase date


8 Sessions: $450 ($480 Value)

     *All sessions must be utilized within five months of the purchase date


10 Sessions: $540 ($600 Value)

     *All sessions must be utilized within six months of the purchase date
