Similar to individual sessions, they involve one-on-one work to enhance mental skills and overall well-being, tailored to your unique needs and concerns. The sessions focus specifically on behavioral changes, including but not limited to improving physical activity, stress management, and sleep habits. Together, you and I create a plan, develop awareness, and apply mental performance skills tailored to your performance environment.
A typical session may include discussions about current challenges, learning mental performance skills, and exploring how those skills can be applied in real performance settings. Each session is typically an hour in length.
